I've watched friends, family, and colleagues navigate the isolating battle of infertility — trying to conceive for over a year with no success. In that grief, women and couples are often referred straight to a fertility specialist, facing expensive procedures like IVF and ICSI, long wait times, and appointment after appointment armed with nothing but hope. Whether it's waiting to see a specialist, navigating ovulation induction, egg retrieval, sperm health, or the infamous two-week wait — it's exhausting.

This is where my passion for preconception and fertility nutrition comes in. There's a gap in the system — one that isn't another tedious treatment, but a lifestyle change that can make a real difference.
